Luke 17:15
"One of them, when he saw he was healed, came back, praising God in a loud voice."

Do you have an attitude of gratitude? Do you remember to say thank you to God whenever He does something for you - answering a prayer, sending a friend to comfort you, helping you solve a problem creatively, or granting you wisdom?

Why don't you start today by being thankful in all circumstances. Look for something to thank God for no matter what is going on in your life right now. Try to look past your circumstances towards God’s plans for you. It is so easy to get caught up in the busyness of life and forget to say thank you. And yet, we know that it pleases God when we remember to come before Him with a humble, grateful heart. This honours God and helps us grow in our faith.

Dear Father, I want to have an attitude of gratitude. I know that you desire for me to have a grateful heart. Help me to take steps towards always remembering to say "thank you." In Jesus' name, Amen.

Power verses:
I Thessalonians 5:18, "Give thanks in all circumstances, for this is God’s will for you in Christ Jesus."

Daniel 6:10, "......Three times a day he got down on his knees and prayed, giving thanks to his God, just as he had done before."

"always giving thanks to God the Father for everything, in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ"-- Ephesians 5:20
